Fire Marshal Training

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order of 2005 requires every UK workplace to have fire marshals on-site, but that doesn’t mean you need to add to your staff contingent. You can safely train your existing supervisors as marshals. Any person in a managerial role must understand the steps required to reduce fire risk and aid evacuations. Your designated employees must also be trained to promote fire-safe work practices. Many UK businesses designate and train existing workers for this crucial role, and our Fire Marshal training course will help you to achieve that. This is a half-day course that can be taught at your own business premises or from our own training rooms.

The Fire Marshal training course is crammed with important information on fire safety laws, building safety features, and fire hazard identification. To assist with evacuations, this training will also give your marshals an in-depth understanding of how people respond in a fire so that they can look out for hazardous behaviours before they turn into catastrophes. This has a drastic impact on the number of lives you can save. Your fire suppression equipment is only as useful as the hands that wield it, so our course will teach your staff how to handle a variety of portable fire extinguishers.

A fire-safe business is better equipped to prevent small fires from turning into devastating blazes. This is one of the most powerful ways to protect your valuable assets.

This half day Fire Warden/Fire Marshal Training course may be carried at our training rooms or in-house at your premises.
